Anyone have a 12 bolt Chevelle (A-Body) rear end for sale? I just pulled mine out and the axle bearings came apart in my hand. I then discovered it was an Olds Type O axle. Not worth rebuilding. So now I need to replace it. I would like a 12 bolt, but a 10 bolt will do if that is all I can find.

does it matter if it is not posi?

Thanks for the response, but I picked up a 8.5" 10 bolt about 5 days ago. I put a Powertrax lock right in it, and am setting up the 3.42 gears this weekend.
