how do you make your own VIN numbers?!?!?!?!?!?

Their not really making their own VINs they just plug in whichever letters they want to spell something out with and they get whatever the game gives them.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, a half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
