Actually, it's a TBI V6. I'm gonna have to replace the entire fuckin DASH and gauge cluster. Personally, I think that's bullshit, but hey, do what ya gotta do, right?

it is easy just go to a junk yard and find one that got slammed in the ass for your ECU, and wiring harness. and motor mounts if they didnt break. then find the opposite for the rear. snot hard...but yeah still not Dirt cheap. but still is a better investment then converting a damn S10 to an Extreme

hooyeah...Cause the 6 is TBI, and a carb v8 that's not TBI won't work with the gauge cluster. I'll be doin 50 and it'll say 10. 
Satan...S10 not converting to Xtreme. Just a show truck. And ya gotta give me SOME credit...At least I'm not keepin it stock so it'll be slow AND crappy lookin.

easy fix find a wreck 5.0 which is also TBI and take its fuel injection and what not and strap it onto that 5.8 you can get to your friend....

so we;re talking about your truck or the mustang? couldn't you jsut put in new guages rather than the whole dash?

Well, I thought I could do that, but apparently they aren't the same size, and they don't hook up the same??? I dunno...This is why I hate fords...Good thing 'bout GM....EVERYfuckingTHING they make is interchangeable. LOL.

you can usually buy guages in many sizes hell walmart sells guage clusters here

ouch, i pity ya. im ok with anything car related except wiring. argh! i hate it! though i bin trying to learn how to hotwire cars, i can practice on a landrover, theyve got no box around the steering column, wires just hanging out........
