I wish it was that easy, thats tons of work. Ill have to make do with what i have. There is one guy that i know of that has done it. The car is fast as hell. He runs a low 10 and he has just started.

Is it the same basic V6 as the GN? What if you use the GN cam and over drive your roots to get more PSI? Or maybe there is too many differences?

Im not exactly sure what the difference is. Im sure the heads are different. Pepole have said that they are nothing alike besides the fact that they are a 3.8 V6.
There is a guy out of chicago by the name of casper that dumped a GN motor in a GTP and converted it to RWD. I guess the car flys. Last i heard, he was selling the car for $45000. I dont think he will ever get it.

Ya, thats the problem with projects like that. We have a guy around here that built his own tube frame chassis for a '71 bug then put a hemi in it and he was trying to sell it for $35,000. The time and effort is in those projects, and even though we would spend that much on our own to do the same thing, it is hard coming up with the cash upfront for the final project.

Now that would be something to see.

all i know is its the same body as the current impala but it does have some kind of ground affects package and different wheels. Its got the smae motor thats in the new GTP's and thats a series 3 S/C 3800 with 260 H.P. Nothing real spcieal but it is better than the regular impala.
