only for you my friend, these don't come around very often...
that's right. an e46 M3 with Firechicken rims & the bird on the hood:

the funniest part about this car is that both bmw owners
and pontiac owners will cringe upon seeing it....
luckily it appears to be photochopped.

LOL, at least they used the pontiac touch. that is a damn good looking car besides the fire chicken wheels and sticker kit. i wonder what that color is considered.
how fast are the m3's? i know i saw an older one at the local strip run a 13.8. does that seem rite?

last time i asked i think the best time for a stock m3 (e46 flavor, the new ones from '00 up i believe) was accomplished by a guy who is famous for the best run ever in a stock mustang 5.0. he ran a 12.9 in the M. stock. so yeah, that's pretty shitty. 13.2-13.5 is the average/norm. was that his best or just a run? there are a lot of differing factors like SMG gearbox vs. manual vs. auto, etc. and there are a lot of programming options on the euro & us models. plus traction control, etc...

well, it was just one run that i watched him do. he told me that he had a very heavy stereo system in his trunk too. and it was a 5 speed.

honestly a very heavy stereo in his trunk is meaningless. maybe 1 tenth. sweet cars though, and it is nice to hear that someone who owned one was out running at the track.
