I have heared mixed meanings as to what an Auto Trans Fluid cooler does. Can I ask as to what you guys know of them?

And what are the benefits

welll from my limited knowledge it runs along side the radiator and cool the tranny fluid alot of bigger vehicles especially tow vehicles have them

8 valve OHC 4 cyl 95 cubic inches of pissed off pontiac power 65 HP 80 ft-lbs w/Borg-Warner T5 2300lbs

its a must with my car, my car has a history of transmision problems from getting too hot. the motor seems to be just a little too much for it when you start to add the performance parts.
