If your talking about complete kits, then Greddy, Apex i, HKS and such. Most use either Garret or IHI turbo's with the kit. The more you spend the better it gets... Ussually the $5,000 kits include an intercooler and good fuel management....

There is a place called Turbo City, I think they are in Orange, California. They used to have ads in Hot VW's magazines.
