haha. You can only get a record expunged if it's a Juvinile record...And I dunno about in Cali, but here, it's every type of misdemenor/felony EXCEPT traffic offences. Cause insurance companies decide how much to charge ya based on your history behind the wheel

i'm not sure about there but here after 3-5 years charges are removed from your record depenmding on what they are

what if the hokey pokey really is what it's all about?
