im shooting for real estate broker 2 years after i get my real estate license and from there i wouldn't mind getting in to law pertaining to real estate, but i do gota awesome job interview on tuesday and if i get it yall will see me on tv, chad on tv uhhh ohhh whats the world comeing to

hey chad, go for real estate. cheap buy in, big returns right off the bat. get tired of it? sell a few more houses and book the fuck out.

usually you can always count on realastate during a bad economy but rite now even that is sinking. atleast it is around here. Home values are actually dropping slightly.
