There really isn't exactly a money limit. But im not going to get a big exspensive car Because i dont want one. My brother is the one gettign the big expensive one and i think hes retarted. I was thinking about going and getting an old herse and panting it pink and black with a skull and cross bones on the back.
I dont want my first car for racing so the fast thing isn't really an issue.

neons are good cars for road racing or drag racing if you can put up with the body styal, they have a good motor to build upon, lots of factory performance parts for them and after market parts, you can find neons dam cheep used, about 900 to 2000 for a older 4 door, or ya can find a older 2 door for around 1500-3000, and when shit breaks parts are cheep, if ya like neons check out my vid in the video section

or you can buy a chevette for like 50 bucks and beat the shit out of it and if you blow the motor a replacement is only 50 bucks away

Well, take it from someone who knows, if you do get a neon, make sure it's a first gen (95-99) and that it's DOHC MTX. Only major problem with the first gens was the head gasket... both of mine still run strong.. one at 92k and the other with 65k abusive miles.

you can get Iron Duke 4banger fieros for less than a grand with a good body and interior... not many ppl want them so they're REAL cheap... not very fast but they're kewl cars and fun as hell to drive... especially in the twisties
