Here in SoCal, we trade tough smog laws for high insurance and high gas prcies--wait that's just even sh@ttier. but we have some great roads, I mean where else can you get such a long wonderfully twisty ride as you can going up highway one along the coast. but basically yeah, it sucks trying to get a good custom built in CA (maybe that's why we get so many ricers who just make their POSes look pretty with nothing under the hood).

lmao I C pretty much every thing is legal here no emmisions. sept to many friggin cops and there is a few sound ordanence places here or there but tis all good. btw i live in S.C.
