Where i live in Washington St. the sky is the limit for sound. My cuz ripped the muff. of his pickup and put 8" exhaust pipes on it and it pulled like 134 decibles with all the performance upgrades.

I swear i didnt shoot his tires!
(I just put tacs in his lane)

Nope, they will wright you the ticket and let you deal with it, if you think your not guilty you have to go to court and show proof
