hey i have a small engine i just rebuilt 5hp briggs and stratton. engine runs properly. solved backfiring; only one problem, when rpms raise everythings fine then as soon as i let off the throttleand rpms decrease it smokes white smoke and when rpms reach idle white smoke go's away. what is the cause. ive heard that it might be the crankcase vent/breather. but i was thinking maybe...it might be that i over filled with oil but it only smokes on deacceleration, so im not sure. please give me your input and advice on how to solve engine smoke problems. thank you.

Dump some motor oil or trans fluid down your intake on your 86 non turbo RX-7 with a rag for a gas cap and look at the exhaust
