I thought hooyeah was a muscle car fan? Nothing wrong with a civic or any import. as long as it's fast. I pray to god that hooyeah doesn't buy a civic and then fag it up..... I want to see quartermile times SMALLER than the size if your rims. 20s on 20s is NOT impressive.

Hooyeah don't sweat it just make sure you do it the right way. You can make anything fast it's just going about it the right way. Let me know what kinda civic your buying and maybe I can hook you up with some ideas and leads to get you going. I would look up honda hybrid there pretty cool site to get you going in the right direction. right now the crv/vtec is pretty big. me personally I like the route of the type S prelude from japan it's a 2.2L with 220! it's pretty sick and not many people know about it or expect it. if my wife sells her car that's what I'm putting in my car! 220 in a car that weighs 2,000lbs it's gonna be nasty. they say it's good for 12 second time slips right out of the box! there's a kid out here running a crv/vtec and he's running mid 13's all day with minor bolt ons in a crx. it's possible man believe me you can definately make people quiet down. I hurt this dudes feelings the other day. He had a V8 truck with some work, it was like an early 70 chevy with new paint lowered with rims and tires (meats) and he was fucking with me so I didn't back down I figured what the hell the worst that could happen is that I would get smoked. He reved on me hard and we went for it! We stayed cab to cab the whole way up to about 80 or so! He was so pissed he wouldn't even look at me! I was smiling and just wanted to ask what he was running and the bastard wouldn't even look at me....=) so I gave his ass like 7 grand about 4 times! hahahah It was great!

Hehehe. Oh BTW, a Prelude motor in a street driven civic is a big no no. It jacks up your steering dynamics to the tenth degree. It's fast in a line, just don't expect to turn good;)

I just want to hurt peoples feelings! =) how often do you go fast in a turn in town? hell I don't even know of any gradual turns around here and I hear it's not that bad if you do it right. Hell I know Charles madrid has one in a 93 hatch and he was the first guy to ever put a prelude in a crx. (Jeremy Lookofsky's L' Natural!)

oh, I feel you sorry man I wasn't dogging you out I just have a whole lot of frustration to take out on people for all the smack talkin' =) but your right I only want to go fast my cars pretty much set up for everything, I have tokicko 5 way adjustables, coilovers, sway bars, strut bars, urethane bushings....I should be good to go now I just want to let people say what does this little guy think he's doing and then BOOM! gotcha! I love it I do it now and it's cool but with a prelude motor shhhhh! it'll be nasty!

Hmm... I was planning on going with Tokiko's too, and a set of Skunk 2 Coilovers, in fact i've been having ideas of a B16, w/ a Skunk 2 valvetrain ect. ect. revvin to 10000, all motor screamer as of late.
