Selling the FTO for a new car   Posted Mon Feb 10, 03   8:12 PM

It is time for me to sell my car....sure it picks up the chicks and shit, but I dont need that shit when I have a gf, its a very nice car and goes ok, but I am onto bigger and better things. Plus the FTO is not practical(sp?), so I need some thing with more room, and AWD.

The car to replace the FTO is another Mitsubishi breed. It is called the Legnum. It runs a 2.5L Twin Turbo AWD setup, 206Kw out of the box (higher with a Front mount and intake mods), and it looks like a wagon.
A WAGON???? some say well yes.

It is some thing completely different and I think that it is cool.

Decked out with leather interior, and other nice things.

Family wagon? Yes. and WRX and Skyline GTS-T killer to boot.

heheheh lol
here is a pic

Will be very interesting

Though that's a badass Mitsu... speaking of, I think you should donate your FTO to a certain someone living in Cali

This car is along the same lines as the Stagea. It is the direct competitor for it. I am not sure on the Stagea looks....they look a little to volvo-ish for me, the Legnums are rounded more and stylish.

Plus I dont have the Dollars for the Stagea yet. They are heaps of dough out here.

Legnum (Stock)
0-60 mph = 6 sec (Stock)

1/4 mile = 14.3 (stock)
Torque (343.23 NEm) / 4000 rpm
Horsepower 270@ 5500 rpm

Stagea Autech 260RS (Unrestricted Power)
0 - 62 mph (100 km/h) = 5.1 seconds

1/4 mile = 12.97 (Autech Version)

Horsepower@rpm 343@6800
Torque lb-ft@rpm 304@4400

Stagea Autech version is the very high end version. I am not sure what the other ones are like but the 260RS is the Stagea with the GTR motor in it.

Yeah, that's the one. In the vid it runs a 12.2. It creams the Supra off the line and just keeps it in check. Then again, the guy in the Supra didn't know how to drive or hook up the back end...

that is one sweet fuckin wagon. i would have no complaints driving that. of course i would have to add a couple small touches to it but not too much. i would pretty much just drive it the way it is.

ILL BE WAITING AT THE NEXT LIGHT!

Wagons are cool. I cant wait to see it eat some WRX's and Skylines. With a front mount it runs heaps better apparently. the most restrictive part is the intake and intercooler.

will be interesting to see how it runs.

My mate who is the importer has said that they go pretty hard, he took one for a spin when he was in New Zealand.
