Actually, the N/A eclipse 4 bangers were the same as the neon motors I believe, (go ahead and enter your Chrysler knowledge here Chad.) US mitsu's are different than the Jap ones, they're pretty much American cars, hence the sucky quality

Eclipse is the same as a 4 cyl chrysler, ever heard of the Eagle Talon? Exact same thign with a different name. Lots of Domestic companies get their parts form japanese .As an example, Mitsubishi, they distribute their parts to other auto car makers, even to after market companies such as GReddy.

I forgot to mention, 4 cyl chrysler, Neon SRT, Same thing as Lancer Evo.I dont think SRT is TT though.

Uh no, the neon srt utilizes a 2.4 liter motor. Not the 2.0 liter Single Turbo 4G63 that's in JDM Mitsu's and 90-98 turbo DSM's (Eclipse/Laser/Talons).

Evo is Twin Turbo buddy. The eagle talon IS the eclipse, theres no arguing it.

Uh, I never said the Talon, Eclipse and Laser weren't the same, look back and actually read my post. The EVO utilizes a SINGLE turbo 2.0-liter 4G63 engine; I don't know where the hell you came up with the idea of a "twin turbo" four banger.
Also, since your first post on this sight, you’ve come off as a 14 year old kid who spouts information from magazines read in the last couple of days.

intake manifold is diff, pistions and rods are diff, and there quite a few other parts that are different

yeah my info is off, i got that info in Car and driver before the evo came out, so its a fault on me, but thats not the point, what im tryign to get at is that many cars are marketed as different names taht are the saem as some of their japanese counterparts. KINDA like the whole Plymouth Neon/ Dodge Neon kinda thing.
