So, obviously there isn't an option. Bit of a bummer, but not that big of a deal since you can still go high enough to be a felony (that's triple digits here in CA) since with the stats I found on Caranddriver.com say it would go up to 168 without the governor (24.3 mph/100 rpm in high gear with a redline of 7000 means 168+ at redline).
