hopefully next spring.
i need about £6k i reakon.
the plans to go with 1.8t, w/ throttlebodies and remapped ecu. that should be good for >300bhp
not bad considering the car itself will weigh less than 800kg.

to post the pics, use

ooh yeh... recaro's are nice. I know a few other VWs with different sorts of Recaro's fitted.

this car however, is going to be a track/sprint racer, so im going to fit sparco/cobra style bucket seats. im keeping an eye out for some on ebay.

hooyeh.. yeh, the pedals are just the same in a rhd car.

clutch, break, accellerator.

ive never driven a lhd car, it must be wierd having the stick on your right lol.

those wheels are 16". 17s completely fuck up the handelling, but 16s are just right. Going to fit a full set of Goodyear F1s when the tyres need to be changed again. the whole car needs a respray so im currently stripping it down in what little spare time ive got. im going to take a course in welding too so i can fit a half role cage ASAP. Should look good when its done. The most expensive part is going to be the engine though. To get this car under the 14sec mark, its going to need a lot of work done. ill keep you posted.

my brother was working at an auto place and he had to drive this one car i'm not sure what it was exactly but it was left hand drive but the shifting pattern was backwards so u went from 1st on the right and shifting towards yourself 5 being nearest to the driver took him a while to figure it out i think it was a vw or somethnig else german
