i would put the cash on the van too. unless that tach is just pegging all day long, the powerband on that neon isn't too big. it's got like a 3800rpm powerband. the van is probably psycho, right matt? what's it good from/to?

I'm great from 2500 till at least 6500. I'm sure it'd be ok lower than that, but the boost is a little laggy. Anything more than 6500 is a little much, but I can (and have) pushed it well past 6500.
